"I’ve been a customer of Derrick’s State Farm team for over 20yrs. Thankfully I don’t have to call them often. Only on occasion when I have questions about my policy. Today I had the great pleasure of speaking with Melanie and Becca. I called to get a quote to add a potential vehicle. Melanie was so helpful in gathering the information and passing it on to Becca, who called back less than an hour after my initial call.
